5620 Wellesley: Fun While It Lasted
It’s no secret that Lifespace agents have hustled properties the average homebuyer wouldn’t look twice at. On the flip side, we once left an open house for a freshly renovated, day-old listing with several offers in-hand. Needless to say, when it comes to real estate, few things surprise us anymore.
An example of one of those things: the day Jesse told us he’d locked down buyers for 5620 Wellesley Avenue. At the time, the full-gut Highland Park rehab — led by local developer (and our partner company) K Bennett Group — was in its infancy. All that existed behind closed doors was new drywall. But the place had potential, and with that, solid design and construction plans. So, naturally, Jesse took that potential and sold it … to the home’s current owners.
If you’ve ever doubted the marketability of your house, you haven’t worked with us yet. Of course, we can’t guarantee that we can sell everything. But you better believe we’ll give it our best.
At present, Wellesley’s new owners are all settled in; and its renovations have wrapped completely. Check out our favorite shots here (courtesy Brett Rothmeyer). Hop over to KBDG’s site to see the full set.
