As an owner of Green Tree’s 1122 Greenlawn Drive, you may appreciate the low probability of anyone forgetting your address. Depending on the proximity of your in-laws, you may not consider that probability a perk. Fortunately, this charming brick dwelling offers more than an apt street name. That natural hardwood accounts for most of the property’s flooring, all three bedrooms included. The kitchen floor, of course, is tiled – but not in the way you’d expect from a home built in 1957. (We love the way its butcher-block counters, subway-tiled backsplash, and stainless appliances add a modern element.)
